Can I purchase tickets in advance of the show?
You can purchase tickets in advance of the show via our website for $20. Tickets will also be available for purchase via credit card on show-site for $35. Tickets grant access to all show days. Please note, no cash can be accepted for ticket purchases.
Can members of the trade qualify for complimentary admission?
Yes, members of the trade may qualify for complimentary admission. To complete registration as a trade buyer, please upload one form of company/store identification and one form of employee identification (see below). We reserve the right to request additional business identification if deemed necessary.
Acceptable Company/Store Identitication:
- Tax ID nuber
- Resale tax certificate for jewelry-related business
- Store/commercial lease indicating type of business
Acceptable Employee Identification
- Employee verification letter on company letterhead from owner or manager stating job status
- Copy of company credit card with both employee’s and company’s name (please block out card number)
- Copy of company insurance card with employee’s name
*NOTE: Business cards do not prove your employment and will not be accepted.
Can I bring a rolling bag into the show?
Please Note: All bags are subject to search. No large bags are allowed on the show floor during show hours for any reason. This includes but is not limited to: duffle bags, backpacks, suitcases and roller bags. We encourage you to leave large bags in your hotel room during show hours. If necessary, you can utilize bag check services at The Hanger at Regatta Harbor to temporarily store larger bags.
Does The Hangar at Regatta Harbour have parking available?
Yes! The Hangar at Regatta Harbour offers both valet and self-parking options.

Are there special rates for hotels near The Hangar at Regatta Harbour?
Yes. We have secured a limited number of reduced-rate hotel rooms to make your trip to Miami affordable. Please note, in order to make or edit hotel reservations, you must log back into your profile.
I lost an item during the event. What do I do?
Lost and found items will be turned into show management during the show. Items not picked up will be turned into building security concluding the show. Please email Emma Pastore, Marketing Manager, with any questions regarding lost items.

Are children allowed at the show?
While children are allowed on our show floor, all attendees under the age of 16 must be accompanyed by an adult at all times.

Will there be appraisers on-site?
I lost my ticket, what do I do?
In the case of a lost ticket, a ticket can be re-printed for a fee.
